It can automatically complete the processes of capsule positioning, separation, filling, waste removal, and locking, with a production capacity of up to 220,000 capsules per hour.

The automatic bottle packaging production line consists of a fully automatic bottle sorting machine, an automatic desiccant inserter, a fully automatic variable frequency dual-head 16-channel counting machine equipped with front and rear automatic weight checking systems, a multifunctional capping machine, an electromagnetic induction aluminum foil sealing machine, a vertical labeling machine, and a laser coding machine. It can complete the entire packaging process for soft/hard capsules and various shaped tablets, including counting and bottling, inserting desiccants, capping, sealing, and labeling.
