The Fuzhou production workshop covers over 4,000 square meters(including a supercritical CO,экстракционный цех) and is divided into a Class 100,000 clean production area and a general production area.

The Entire Process of Spore Oil Production

Reishi spore oil is obtained by concentrating organic sporoderm-broken Reishi spore powder tenfold. It has the effects of assisting in the protection against chemical liver injury and boosting the immune system. The active ingredients in spore oil are prone to oxidation upon exposure to air. GanoHerb utilizes a patented online fractional extraction and purification technology, which separates the different components of the spore oil through fractional extraction. The automatic bottle packaging production line consists of a fully automatic bottle sorting machine, an automatic desiccant inserter, a fully automatic variable frequency dual-head 16-channel counting machine equipped with front and rear automatic weight checking systems, a multifunctional capping machine, an electromagnetic induction aluminum foil sealing machine, a vertical labeling machine, and a laser coding machine. It can complete the entire packaging process for soft/hard capsules and various shaped tablets, including counting and bottling, inserting desiccants, capping, sealing, and labeling.
